Revenue-Generating Systems Built to Compound.

Purpose

We find and fix the sales and marketing bottlenecks that prevent founder-led businesses from growing. Harvest Co. combines strategy, software, data, marketing, and AI to build the right solution. We don’t begin with a predetermined deliverable — we begin with the constraint.

Questions & Answers

What does Harvest actually do?

We don’t start with a deliverable — we start with the constraint. We take ownership of your go-to-market infrastructure and build the systems that drive revenue, from your website, CRM, tracking, nurture, and reporting to the automations that connect them. We assess the full motion before touching a single tactic.

Who is this for?

Founder-led companies doing $10M and up, based in Minnesota. If you need someone to take ownership of solving revenue bottlenecks and want to own your infrastructure instead of renting a vendor, we are likely a fit.

How is this different from an agency or a consultant?

Consultants hand you a deck. Agencies run campaigns and keep the keys. We build the system, document it, and hand it over. Every engagement is designed to run without us.

How does pricing work?

Pricing follows three stages. The Revenue Bottleneck Review is free for qualified businesses. A Revenue Systems Sprint is a fixed $15,000–$35,000 (typically $20,000–$25,000) that solves one bottleneck with a complete working system. After launch, Embedded Revenue Systems runs $3,000–$7,500 per month to operate and keep improving it.

How long does an engagement last?

It depends on the stage. A Revenue Systems Sprint runs 6–12 weeks, with payment split 50% to begin, 25% at working prototype, and 25% at launch. Embedded Revenue Systems carries a 6-month minimum, then continues quarter by quarter. Anything worth building right requires time.

Where are you based?

Minnesota. We work closely with founder-led companies here, and the occasional right fit beyond it.
