A clear read on your primary constraint and a fixed-scope build proposal when there is a fit.

Written strategy reports, technical specs, or platform configuration. Detailed discovery becomes the first paid phase of the build.
Revenue Systems Sprint
$15,000–$35,000 fixed
Solve one high-value sales or marketing bottleneck with a complete, working system. Typical project $20,000–$25,000 over 6–12 weeks.

CRM and pipeline implementation, lead-response and missed-call recovery, proposal follow-up, renewal and reactivation, prospecting and research, revenue dashboards, conversion rebuilds, and custom workflow software.
Included
Paid discovery and baseline measurement, system strategy and technical design, software configuration, custom development, integrations, reporting, documentation, team training, launch support, and a 30-day stabilization period.
Payment
50% to begin, 25% at working prototype, 25% at launch. Software, advertising, media, and third-party costs are separate.

System monitoring, CRM and automation management, KPI reporting, workflow improvements, lead and pipeline analysis, a monthly founder review, small enhancements, and a quarterly bottleneck review.
Embedded Growth Partner — $5,000–$7,500/mo
Everything in Systems Management, plus active experimentation, new automated workflows, conversion improvements, sales and marketing alignment, vendor management, ongoing development capacity, and a quarterly roadmap.
